Milwaukee Public Museum
With Chora’s assistance, the Milwaukee Public Museum’s (MPM) leadership succeeded in bringing about a complete re-imagining of the museum and its purpose for a 21st century audience. Old dioramas found a new life in a vision that emphasized the multi-layered interactions between people and their environment. A regional focus was seamlessly integrated in a global one. Issues such as how climate change, species loss, and habitat degradation are affecting Milwaukee have taken center stage and visitors of all ages are learning at the MPM how they can make a difference in global stewardship.
